Last week, I focused a lot on motivation and helping people push harder to become their best, especially for guys who are a little older and feel as though it’s too late. Listen, it is never too late to do better and make progress.
So many people who are members of Bigflex Dogg Club keep crushing it, plenty of them are over 40, 50 or even 60!
When you start training right and eating right, things start to happen.
Rather than go too deep into things that change and therefore could hold you back, I just want to encourage you that training harder and eating better will get better results! Arguably, there has never been a more important time in your life to take things more seriously.
For example, “getting the periodization of your workouts on the point will help push your body to progress and actually keep it looking younger too”.
Even if you’re reading this as somebody who is not yet in these age brackets understand that the more you do today, the better you will be able to progress as you age.
