As any professional bodybuilder, I did not have the best genetics, guys like Ronnie Coleman were more gifted but I would outwork everybody! It wasn’t about lifting big weights for one set, every f***ing set I would hit with the intensity needed to maximize progress. Can you say the same? You should!

- Single-Leg Press 6 X 8-12 reps
- Narrow Stance Leg Press 5 X 8-12 reps
- Squats 4 X 8-12 reps Hack Squats 4 X 8-12 reps
- Pause Bulgarian Split Squats 4 X 8-12 reps
- Pause Leg Extensions 6 X 12-15 reps
This s*** will really get your body conditioned to build muscle and burn fat, I only want you to take 45-60 seconds between the sets.
